Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused TikTok Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day management and growth of our clients’ TikTok Shop operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving GMV growth, optimizing shop performance, and managing creator and affiliate partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business objectives into actionable strategies while ensuring operational excellence across their TikTok Shop ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in social commerce, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Client Management & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding TikTok Shop strategy and performance.
  • Lead regular client check-ins, including weekly updates and monthly KPI performance reviews.
  • Translate client goals into clear growth strategies and operational plans.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve GMV, conversion rates, and overall shop performance.
  • Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication on timelines, deliverables, and results.

Shop Operations & Health

  • Oversee the daily operations of client TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Ensure all listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions are properly maintained.
  • Monitor shop health metrics and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement best practices for product merchandising and shop optimization.

Affiliate & Creator Management

  • Identify and recruit creators and affiliates to support product promotion and drive sales.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators.
  • Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, and collaboration timelines.
  • Monitor creator performance and optimize partnerships to maximize revenue impact.
  • Support scalable creator programs that expand brand reach and social commerce performance.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including GMV, conversion rate, affiliate performance, and shop engagement.
  • Develop reports and insights to guide ongoing optimization strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on data trends and competitive insights.
  • Continuously test and iterate strategies to improve overall TikTok Shop results.

Salary Range

$80,000-$110,000

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an influencer marketing or social commerce agency.
  • Strong network of creators or affiliates within the TikTok ecosystem.
  • Experience launching or scaling creator affiliate programs.
  • Familiarity with social commerce tools and reporting platforms.
