Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager

Location: Santa Monica (hybrid, 60% in-office) | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Brand Manager to lead day-to-day brand marketing initiatives and help shape the future of T3. This role will be responsible for generating breakthrough ideas, bringing the brand to life across campaigns and cultural moments, and amplifying T3 in ways that drive both awareness and revenue.

This individual thrives at the intersection of brand building, channel performance, and product strategy, with a strong instinct for what will resonate culturally, and the agility to optimize in real time. They will partner cross-functionally with Social, Influencer, Creative, Sales, and external agencies to ensure T3 shows up in bold, relevant, and high-impact ways across every consumer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy, Ideation & Amplification

  • Support the development and evolution of T3’s brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity
  • Generate culturally-relevant, breakthrough campaign ideas that elevate brand awareness and drive conversation
  • Identify and activate brand amplification opportunities across earned, owned, and paid channels, ensuring ideas travel beyond a single execution
  • Champion core brand pillars in ways that feel fresh, modern, and socially native

Campaign & Launch Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept through launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Own go-to-market strategy for key product launches (e.g., Aire 360), ensuring alignment across all channels
  • Partner with Creative and Social teams to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns that translate across our consumer ecosystem

Product Portfolio Management

  • Support management of the T3 product portfolio, including prioritization of hero products, newness, and lifecycle management
  • Partner with Product Development to inform innovation pipeline based on consumer insights, trends, and business needs
  • Develop clear product positioning, naming, and messaging frameworks that ladder into broader brand strategy
  • Identify opportunities for SKU rationalization, bundling, and pricing strategies to drive revenue and margin
  • Monitor product performance across channels and recommend actions to optimize assortment and drive growth

Channel Marketing

  • Partner with channel leads to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and optimized execution across all commerce touchpoints
  • Adapt campaign messaging and creative to meet the unique needs of each channel while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Support key commercial moments (e.g., promotions, tentpole events, retail activations) with tailored marketing plans
  • Collaborate on PDP optimization, merchandising, and content strategies that improve conversion and AOV
  • Ensure alignment between brand campaigns and channel-level growth initiatives, including affiliate (ShopMy, Rakuten), Amazon Creator, and TikTok Shop

Paid Media & Performance Creative (Brand Lens)

  • Partner closely with the DTC Performance Marketing team to translate brand campaigns into high-performing paid media strategies
  • Lead the development of paid media briefs, ensuring clear articulation of messaging, audience, product focus, and creative territories
  • Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to develop performance-driven assets that remain on-brand while optimized for conversion
  • Ensure consistency between organic, influencer, and paid creative, creating a cohesive consumer journey across touchpoints
  • Help identify winning creative and scale opportunities, balancing brand equity with performance efficiency

Content, Trends & Real-Time Optimization

  • Monitor emerging trends, platforms, and cultural moments, and quickly translate them into on-brand marketing opportunities
  • Act with speed and agility, adapting messaging, creative, and channel strategy in real time to maximize relevance and performance
  • Partner with Social and Influencer teams to ensure content is both brand-aligned and optimized for engagement and conversion
  • Continuously test and refine campaign messaging based on performance data to drive stronger revenue outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a central hub across Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Partner with Influencer and Affiliate teams to ensure brand consistency while maximizing reach and conversion across creator ecosystems
  • Collaborate with retail and affiliate partners to ensure brand storytelling is compelling and consistent across all commerce channels

Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs for campaigns and launches; track and analyze performance to inform future strategy
  • Translate insights into actionable optimizations across messaging, creative, and media strategy

Consumer Insights & Trends

  • Leverage consumer insights, social listening, and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and campaign development
  • Stay ahead of trends across beauty, fashion, and culture to identify whitespace opportunities. Bring a strong point of view on the evolving prestige beauty landscape and T3’s role within it

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within prestige beauty, hair, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience developing breakthrough campaign ideas and leading integrated launches
  • Strong understanding of social-first marketing, cultural trend cycles, and influencer ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to move quickly, test-and-learn, and optimize campaigns in real time
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, social, influencer, and sales teams
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and briefing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
