Brand Ambassador (In-Store Tastings)

ENTHUSIASTIC BRAND AMBASSADORS NEEDED FOR BEVERAGE DEMOS!

We’re looking for engaging, reliable, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent Liberty In a Can™ during in-store tastings with our retail partners. You’ll be the face of the brand, sampling our THC/hemp seltzers, educating customers, and creating a fun, engaging experience.

If you're a good communicator who can talk to strangers and you're comfortable writing brief event reports, we want you!

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through various marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Liberty In a Can™ at local liquor stores, festivals, bars, and more
• Educate customers with engaging storytelling — not just what’s in the can, but why it matters
• Drive sales through meaningful product demos, recommendations, and personal interaction
• Create a beautiful, table setup that stops people in their tracks
• Take photos and gather authentic customer feedback during tastings
• Submit detailed recaps after each shift — we use your voice to tell the brand’s story
• Represent Liberty In a Can™ with energy, professionalism, and a passion for excellent service.

PAY: $90 per event
EVENT DURATION: Each of our events are typically 3 hours long.
DATES: This is an on-going position with events happening throughout the year.
SHIFT TIMES: Below are the typical times and days of the week when we conduct samplings (weekend availability a must).

• Thursday afternoons from 4-7pm
• Friday afternoons from 4-7pm
• Saturdays from 12-3pm, 2-5pm, or 3-6pm
• Sundays from 12-3pm, 2-5pm, or 3-6pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and being a trusted face of the brand
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Have superb communication and people skills— we’re storytellers first
• Ability to lift/move tasting materials (ice buckets, signage, cases, etc.)
• Have the ability to learn new info, speak informatively, up-sell and promote
• Must be able to provide thorough feedback, photos, videos, and detailed sales info after each event
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to various accounts
• Must be 21+
• Prior experience with event marketing, beverage or hemp tastings preferred
• Bonus points if you have experience in sales, bartending, event staffing, or influencer work

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Compensation:

• $30/hr
• Bonus opportunities based on sales, performance, and referrals
