We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketer to help bring that story to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will help shape how guests discover and experience La Caille before they ever arrive.
- Plan and execute social media content aligned with menus releases, in-house events, weddings, and brand moments
- Capture content on-site and coordinate photo/video shoots with external partners
- Create and send email campaigns for in-house events, holidays, and special programming
- Update website content including menus, event pages, and promotional pop-ups
- Design print and digital materials for events and in-house promotions
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining a thoughtful and consistent brand voice
- Support influencer outreach and local partnerships for key experiences and events

- Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines at once
- A strong communicator and team player with an intuitive sense of brand voice
- Creative and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Passionate about hospitality, events, and creating memorable experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role in a hospitality setting
- Experience with content creation, email platforms, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Photography/video skills are a plus
