Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Marketing Manager About The Role We are a fast-growing consumer brand operating at the intersection of creativity, product innovation, and customer experience. As we scale, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with the Founder and senior leadership, with a clear opportunity to grow into a senior marketing leadership position as the company expands.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
• Lead product marketing initiatives, including launches, positioning, and promotional campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing efforts across email, paid media, and website optimization
• Own social media strategy and manage influencer, affiliate, and brand ambassador programs
• Manage and mentor a Social Media Coordinator and oversee external agencies and vendors
• Plan and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure cohesive, on-time campaign execution
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with consumer products, beauty, toy, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media ecosystems
• Proven experience managing campaigns and product launches
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and execution-focused
• Comfortable building processes and systems in a growing organization
