Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Coordinator who wants to grow into a leadership role.
This is not a passive marketing position. This role is focused on execution, performance, and growth—supporting real business results across digital advertising, social media, events, and customer engagement.
You’ll start by supporting key marketing initiatives and quickly grow into owning campaigns, driving revenue, and helping scale our marketing efforts across locations.

Responsibilities
- Support and help manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns, including budget allocation, performance optimization, and ROI improvement
- Assist in optimizing monthly advertising budgets to improve cost-per-click, conversion performance, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Create and manage social media content, graphics, and promotions across platforms
- Execute email campaigns and marketing workflows using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Assist with marketing and promotion of events, classes, and in-store experiences
- Capture content and support marketing efforts during peak business times, including evenings and weekends
- Help develop influencer partnerships and community collaborations
- Monitor and respond to customer engagement, including online reviews and social interactions
- Track and report on key marketing performance metrics to support ongoing optimization and decision-making
Qualifications
- Basic experience with digital marketing, including exposure to paid ads (Google Ads and/or Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Understanding of marketing performance concepts such as ROI, cost-per-click, and campaign effectiveness
- Experience creating or contributing to social media content and engagement
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Square, Google Business Profile, or similar platforms
- Ability to create visually engaging content or willingness to learn (experience with AI tools is a plus)
- Exposure to event promotion, community engagement, or similar marketing efforts is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, take ownership, and grow into a larger role
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow into a Marketing Lead position.
As you develop in the role, you will:

Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule & Expectations
This is a hybrid role requiring both remote work and in-person presence.
- Availability during weekdays, evenings, and some weekends is required
- Friday evening events and peak weekend times are important for this role
- This role will primarily operate out of our Cary/Apex location while supporting marketing efforts across all locations.
