As an Assistant Account Executive at 360PR+, you have proven your ability to master entry-level skills while at the same time discovering your passion and aptitude for all things PR.

Eager to sink your teeth into meatier activities, you enter this position with a determination to take on more writing, media work and to lead select campaign elements, like speaking opportunities and awards programs. You also contribute to campaign measurement, soaking up knowledge about measurement principles, as well as gaining proficiency with agency analytics tools. You begin to play a client-facing role, actively participating in weekly calls and other client meetings. Your talents – a combination of creative, nimble thinking, eye for detail, deadline-driven mindset and organizational prowess – show that you are up to the task and ideal for this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day account execution across a dynamic portfolio of consumer brands, helping bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Draft media materials including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and briefing documents with a sharp, on-brand voice
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists across lifestyle, CPG, and culture-driven verticals
  • Conduct proactive media outreach to secure earned coverage, product placements, and brand storytelling opportunities
  • Monitor media, social and cultural trends to identify timely hooks and inform proactive pitching
  • Track, compile, and analyze coverage in client templates, delivering clear and compelling reports that showcase impact
  • Assist in influencer identification, outreach, and coordination to support campaign goals
  • Coordinate product shipments, press kits, and event logistics to ensure seamless execution
  • Support the development of creative campaign ideas rooted in culture, insights, and what is next
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, contributing to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment
  • Stay tapped into emerging platforms, creators, and conversations shaping consumer behavior

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong ability to create and maintain foundational materials such as media lists and project trackers
  • Growing proficiency in developing pitch ideas and conducting media outreach
  • Ability to build relationships with media and secure earned media coverage
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting and executing media relations initiatives and activations
  • Curiosity about what’s next—especially how AI is transforming communications
