The Position

FULL TIME Marketing Director

Job Type: Full-time | 35–40 hours per week | On-Site

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly driven Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts across the RUMA brand and its expanding platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing the full marketing ecosystem—including campaign strategy, content direction, digital presence, and brand growth.

In this role, you will develop and execute high-level marketing strategies while remaining hands-on in execution. You will collaborate closely with leadership, providers, and external partners to drive patient acquisition, increase retention, and elevate brand presence across all channels.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be leading RUMA’s marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including but not limited to:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Developing and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies
  • Creating and launching promotions, campaigns, and in-office “specials”
  • Leading go-to-market and launch strategies for new treatments, services, and initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to drive new patient acquisition and increase repeat visits

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Managing paid advertising strategy in collaboration with Growth99
  • Overseeing email and SMS marketing campaigns (creation, copywriting, deployment)
  • Monitoring analytics, KPIs, and ROI
  • Optimizing campaigns based on performance data and trends

Website & Digital Experience

  • Managing website updates, edits, and ongoing optimization with Growth99
  • Overseeing website inventory, service pages, and user experience
  • Collaborating with external partners on website improvements and SEO initiatives

Content Direction & Creation

  • Leading content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Capturing and editing photo/video content for marketing use
  • Overseeing brand messaging, copywriting, and visual consistency
  • Managing blog creation and educational content

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Managing influencer relationships, communication, and campaign expectations
  • Creating and producing print materials (menus, brochures, in-spa collateral)
  • Developing team-facing messaging and verbiage for promotions and services
  • Collaborating with providers to ensure aligned, accurate, and elevated content
  • Supporting event planning, launches, and brand activations
  • Managing PR opportunities, partnerships, and community relationships
  • Overseeing marketing-related tech, systems, and special projects
  • Staying ahead of marketing trends, platform updates, and industry shifts
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors and partners

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications
  • Proven ability to manage teams
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong background in digital marketing (email, SMS, paid ads, social media)
  • Experience managing websites and working with external marketing partners/agencies
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience with content creation (photo/video) and creative direction
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly
  • Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare marketing preferred
