Marketing & Content Intern

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Marketing Intern to help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes content go viral, and is excited to experiment, create, and engage with online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Assist in planning and executing weekly content calendars
• Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, and challenges
• Film, edit, and publish content (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Write captions that align with brand voice and drive engagement
• Engage with followers (comments, DMs, community interaction)
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest content improvements
• Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and brand storytelling

Qualifications

• Passion for TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Comfortable being on camera (preferred but not required)
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Interest in wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, etc.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing a personal or brand social media account
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong network of local brand partners and influencers
• Comfortable taking content at events
• Able to lift up 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time (events, sales, traveling, etc).
• Interpersonal, energetic and confident in engaging with customers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently (self-starter)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company

Compensation: $18-$20/hour, part-time
