Role Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for our apparel, eyewear, snow goggles, and accessories business. This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and operational support, while also assisting with light office management tasks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and has an appreciation for handling premium goods with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

•    Pick, pack, and ship orders including apparel, sunglasses, snow goggles, accessories, and display stands with a high level of accuracy and presentation

•    Prepare wholesale, retail, and e-commerce orders according to brand standards

•    Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring product quality and accuracy

•    Maintain an organized warehouse, including proper storage of delicate items like eyewear, lenses, and apparel items

•    Ensure all shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and documented

Inventory Management

•    Track inventory across multiple categories (apparel, eyewear, goggles, accessories)

•    Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with seasonal inventory audits

•    Monitor stock levels for size runs, SKUs, and seasonal products

•    Identify and resolve discrepancies, damages, or miscounts

•    Assist with inventory planning, restocking, and new product launches

Operational Support

•    Support logistics coordination for retail partners, online orders, and trade shows

•    Assist with kitting, merchandising prep, and special projects (e.g., athlete kits, influencer seeding, retail displays)

•    Help improve workflow efficiencies within warehouse and fulfillment processes

•    Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on order priorities and product needs

Office Management Support

•    Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and filing

•    Assist with managing office and warehouse supply inventory

•    Support communication between warehouse, sales, and leadership teams

•    Help coordinate shipping schedules, vendor pickups, and deliveries

Qualifications

•    1-2 years experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or operations (apparel or accessories preferred)

•    Strong attention to detail, especially when handling premium or fragile products like eyewear, display stands, and goggles

•    Ability to multitask between physical warehouse work and administrative tasks

•    Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping platforms, and basic Excel functions

•    Strong organizational and communication skills

•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the workday

•    Located in San Diego Kearney Mesa area or willing to commute

  

•    Have a reliable means of transportation

Compensation & Schedule

•    Full-time position in San Diego warehouse

•    Working Monday - Friday standard working hours with availability on some weekends depending on workload or special events.
