About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Manager to support and manage day-to-day operations across our roster while contributing to new business efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast past environment, is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing talent and brand relationships independently.

You will work closely with senior leadership while also owning key aspects of talent management and partnership execution.

This is not a passive support role . We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and operates with a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day talent communications, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead coordination of brand partnerships from outreach through execution
  • Draft and send customized brand pitches and proactive outreach
  • Support negotiation of inbound and outbound deals alongside senior team members
  • Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities aligned with talent goals
  • Maintain accurate tracking across contracts, deliverables, payments, and timelines
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure all deliverables meet a high standard
  • Assist in building and updating talent decks, case studies, and performance reports
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support talent growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (client-facing experience required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer platforms/tools + trends
  • Passion for the creator economy and digital landscape
  • Strong reliability and consistency - this role requires dependable day-to-day execution
