Deliverables

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars tailored to hospitality clients
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
• Design and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with PR, influencer, and event management teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for reach and ROI
• Stay updated on hospitality and social media trends to inform content and strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Strong portfolio of social content creation and campaign management
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics platforms
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Ability to work hybrid in Dallas (on-site and remote)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PR, influencer, event management)
