About the Job
As the Digital & Social Manager on Dulcolax, you will work with brands and agencies to develop best-in-class digital and social programs designed to deliver goals based on a holistic consumer experience plan. This will include leading social and influencer strategy, content strategy, managing project timelines and setting benchmarks to measure success. The role reports to the Director to ensure connectivity to the brand’s broader experience plan, jobs to be done and content strategies.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in driving successful consumer social campaigns across all platforms and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. The right candidate will also have a deep understanding of the evolving social media landscape and will help create a social vision for Dulcolax. This candidate will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, take ownership and be a team player with an ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee social strategy, creative ideation, and development to deliver innovative, best-in-class social campaigns for consumers
- Lead the strategy and development of standard operating procedures for working with influencers across various platforms
- Develop performance metrics for campaigns, working with platforms, agencies, and internal analytics team to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for agile improvement
- Manage agencies and oversee campaign planning and management
- Partner with social platforms to ensure best-in-class practices, identify new opportunities and innovation
- Develop and upskill marketing organization’s social capabilities
- Identify opportunities for the brand to join or create meaningful conversations with fans on social.
- Uncover real-time social opportunities that build advocacy for the brand and its iconic menu items.
- Evolve brand storytelling through evergreen social efforts inspired by culturally relevant moments and real-time social conversations.
- Manage influencer strategies and partnerships for one of the most talked about brands in the world.
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends and platforms that offer new ways for the brand to maintain a modern, relevant presence in culture.
- Support the strategy, planning and execution of real-time, event marketing activations, inclusive of influencer partnerships, content integrations, and on-site social production.
About You:
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience working on digital and social campaigns on client-side or agency
- Proven success in building and executing campaigns across all social media platforms
- Knowledge of the evolving social media industry including new and emerging social and influencer platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting and continually changing priorities
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of social listening tools
- Expert User of Social Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.

The salary range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00
