The Role

Location:  Dallas, TX (In-Person/Hybrid)

Schedule:  20–30 Hours/Week (Flexible)

Growth Path:  Potential for Full-Time based on performance and brand expansion.

We are looking for a 

Social Media & Content Manager

 who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You aren't just posting pictures; you are building an aesthetic universe. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our social strategy from conceptualizing high performing TikToks and Reels to managing our community and collaborating with influencers.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Content Creation:

 Script, shoot, and edit high quality short form video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights our "waterproof & everyday" brand promise.

  • Strategy & Planning:

 Own the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand voice.

  • Community Engagement:

 Manage daily interactions, respond to DMs/comments, and foster a genuine connection with our Nikki Smith community.

  • Influencer & Partnerships:

 Identify and outreach to influencers and brand partners that align with our aesthetic to drive brand awareness and pipeline.

  • Trend Spotting:

 Stay ahead of social trends, audio, and platform updates, pivoting quickly to keep the brand relevant and "top of mind."

  • Analytics:

 Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion), using data to optimize future content and campaigns.

  • On-Site Coverage:

 Capture "behind-the-scenes" content at retail launches, trade shows, and in studio production days.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 Years of Experience

 in social media management or content creation, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or a high growth consumer brand.

  • A "Design-First" Mindset:

 You have a keen eye for layout, lighting, and styling jewelry. You know what makes a grid look cohesive and premium.

  • The Start-Up Mentality:

 You are a self starter who doesn't wait for a task list. You see a content opportunity and you grab your camera.

  • Data Driven:

 You love a viral moment, but you care more about what the data says regarding long term growth and customer retention.

  • Adaptability:

 You thrive in a fast paced environment and can shift from strategic planning to hands-on execution in a heartbeat.

  • Email & SMS Strategy:  Experience with Klaviyo is a major plus. We’re looking for someone who can help us bridge the gap between social engagement and inbox conversions through well designed, strategic email flows.
