We are seeking a highly creative, reliable, and discreet Content Producer / Social Media Assistant to support a growing personal brand and influencer business. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving daily content creation, filming, editing, and posting across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and engaging audiences across multiple platforms. You will craft compelling content, manage social media channels, and implement strategies that grow visibility and foster authentic connections. This position takes place inside a private residence, so professionalism, confidentiality, and trust are essential.

Responsibilities

• Film daily content (short-form videos, photos, skits, lifestyle content)
• Assist with brainstorming and executing content ideas
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Add captions, hooks, trending sounds, and meme-style edits
• Upload and schedule content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Assist with going live and managing live sessions
• Maintain an organized content calendar and daily posting schedule
• Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new ideas
• Help optimize content for growth and engagement
• Open to travel
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation.

Requirements

• Experience creating and editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of current social media trends
• Comfortable filming in a fast-paced, real-life environment
• Highly organized and consistent with daily output
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate

Important (Privacy & Professionalism)

• Must be comfortable working inside a private home
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• No personal recording or sharing of behind-the-scenes content
• All work must be done on company-provided equipment only
• Respect for personal and family boundaries is required at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with influencers or personal brands
• Basic knowledge of podcast setup and uploads
• Creative mindset with ability to pitch viral content ideas

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience.

Schedule

• Full-time (flexible hours based on content needs)
• Some evenings/weekends may be required for content or live sessions
