We are seeking a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Influencer Partnerships Manager to build and scale a high-impact creator ecosystem focused on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of a digital rewards and payments program tied to real-world incentives.

This is a highly visible role that blends influencer strategy, partnership development, and performance optimization across Web3, fintech, real estate, and lifestyle audiences. The ideal candidate understands how to translate creator engagement into measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Influencer Strategy & Program Development

• Build and execute a tiered influencer strategy across Web3, fintech, real estate, and lifestyle verticals

• Segment creators across macro, mid-tier, and micro levels aligned to campaign goals

• Develop campaign roadmaps tied to major program milestones and launches

Partnership Development & Negotiation

• Source, vet, and secure influencer partnerships across multiple channels

• Structure performance-driven agreements including CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and flat-fee models

• Manage onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationship development with creators

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track key metrics such as CTR, conversions, enrollments, and campaign ROI

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to measure success and inform strategy

Compliance & Messaging Governance

• Ensure all influencer content aligns with legal, regulatory, and disclosure requirements

• Partner with legal and compliance teams to review messaging and content execution

• Enforce FTC-compliant disclosure standards across all campaigns

Creative Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to execute high-impact campaigns

• Coordinate content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging platforms

• Lead creator campaigns including challenges, trends, and branded content initiatives

Ecosystem & Community Growth

• Build ambassador and affiliate programs to support long-term growth

• Develop referral systems and incentive structures for creators

• Identify strategic partners across real estate, fintech, and lifestyle communities

WHAT YHOU BRING:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or growth roles

• Strong understanding of digital assets, fintech, or emerging technology ecosystems

• Experience with campaign analytics, affiliate platforms, and performance tracking tools

• Proven ability to negotiate and structure influencer agreements

• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and product teams

• Highly organized with a strong execution mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of Web3, fintech, or lifestyle creators

• Experience launching digital products, tokens, or fintech platforms

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FTC disclosure standards
