Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead and scale our social presence across all platforms. This role owns the full social ecosystem including strategy, content, publishing, analytics, and community engagement, with a clear focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms
  • Create and oversee short-form video, graphics, and copy
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement and brand voice
  • Track and report on performance, translating insights into action
  • Partner on paid social strategy to optimize performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with influencer, creative, and marketing teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of growing and managing brand social channels
  • Strong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, and RivalIQ
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with paid social and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
