Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead and scale our social presence across all platforms. This role owns the full social ecosystem including strategy, content, publishing, analytics, and community engagement, with a clear focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms
- Create and oversee short-form video, graphics, and copy
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and brand voice
- Track and report on performance, translating insights into action
- Partner on paid social strategy to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with influencer, creative, and marketing teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing and managing brand social channels
- Strong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, and RivalIQ
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with paid social and performance marketing
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
