A women's lifestyle brand focused on elevated, comfort-driven essentials is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale a high-impact influencer channel that directly drives ecommerce growth. This is a strategic role based in Orange County. Onsite is preferred.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience building influencer + affiliate strategy (LTK and/or ShopMy required)
  • Comfortable managing 10+ monthly paid partnerships (micro to mid-tier)
  • Deep understanding of organic vs. paid performance
  • Own budget, rates, negotiations, and communication with agents/talent
  • Highly cross-functional (ecomm, buying, marketing)

Execution + Pace:

  • Fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
  • Needs someone flexible, organized, and good under pressure
  • Oversees gifting (~50 influencers/month) + paid partnerships

Brand-Facing + Communication:

  • Strong verbal/written skills; very outward-facing role
  • Builds relationships with influencers, agents, and internal teams

Creative + Taste Level:

  • Must be fashion-obsessed and trend-driven (social, editorial, pop culture)
  • Acts as a “taste maker” in seasonal planning
  • Brings ideas for collaborations, partnerships, and events

Big Focus Areas:

  • Brand storytelling
  • Community building (experiential + digital)

Must-Have:

  • Women’s apparel experience
  • 4–5+ years in influencer marketing with strategic ownership
