We are looking for a dynamic, on-camera leader!

This role goes beyond content creation—you will own and lead our live selling and social content ecosystem, driving both brand growth and revenue. You’ll set the tone for our voice, develop high-performing content strategies, and lead a team of creators and hosts. The ideal candidate is equal parts performer, strategist, and team leader—someone who thrives on camera, understands what converts, and knows how to bring others along with them.What You’ll Own

Live Selling + Content Leadership

• Develop and execute a live selling strategy that drives consistent revenue growth
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of hosts and content creators
• Own the content calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance
• Identify winning formats and scale them across platforms

Content Creation + Brand Voice

• Create high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) that feels native, engaging, and on-trend
• Bring the Modern+Chic brand to life through a clear, elevated, and relatable voice
• Partner with marketing and design to execute campaigns that convert across organic and paid channels
• Stay ahead of trends while maintaining strong brand alignment

Community + Brand Building

• Actively engage with our audience—comments, DMs, lives—building a loyal, excited community
• Turn customers into advocates through conversation, storytelling, and connection
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach and credibility

Performance + Growth

• Track and analyze performance across content and live selling
• Use insights to continuously refine strategy and improve results
• Set goals for content, lives, and team performance—and lead the team to hit them

Who You Are

• Experienced on camera – confident, engaging, and high-energy in live environments
• Proven content creator – you understand what stops the scroll and drives action
• Leader mindset – you’ve managed or mentored others (or are ready to step into that role)
• Strategic thinker – you don’t just post content, you build systems that perform
• Deeply fluent in TikTok + short-form video trends
• Skilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, and native editing platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Genuinely excited about fashion, accessories, and e-commerce
