The deal also facilitates the distribution of Castillo Hermanos’s brands, meeting nostalgia-driven demand from US Hispanic consumers.

POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the SunnyD Vodka Seltzer & Daily’s Cocktails brands. SunnyD is an iconic brand and the largest one within the Harvest Hill portfolio, which in 2023 launched into the ready to drink hard seltzer category. Daily’s Cocktails has a rich long history in cocktail mixers and is the leader in ready to drink frozen cocktail pouches. Both iconic brands are in the fastest growing, extremely dynamic and fast-paced space of alcohol.
The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for owning the digital shelf, sales support efforts including data analysis to inform selling decks, on and off premise point of sale & premiums and public relations communications. They will support the Senior Director in commercializing innovation, driving brand visibility through social media and key marketing programing and developing strategies for long term growth. The Associate Brand Manager will interact with all functions and levels, multiple agencies and key stakeholders. This is your opportunity to help drive the next stage of growth for our brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Content & Activation
• Own the digital shelf including consistency across platforms, creative optimizations, copy updates and ensure adherence to retailer requirements
• Lead public relations efforts to drive awareness
• Assist in brands social communities & influencers communications including strategy, content development, execution and measurement
• Participate in campaign communication development
Sales Support
• Lead point of sale, merchandising and distributor creative requests from development through execution
• Manage consumption reporting and consumer trends data and collaborate with business intelligence to develop sales decks and selling stories
• Work with sales to fulfill retailer incentive rebate and couponing programs
• Assist with ad hoc projects and sales requests
Business Analysis
• Leverage IRI, Panel, Shipment and ad hoc consumer data to analyze brand and category performance
• Maintain knowledge of key competitive activity, new products, product and market/channel trends shaping the category
• Support misc data requests as needed
Commercialization of Innovation
• Strong collaboration with the Sr Director and Product development teams on Innovation to successfully bring innovation to market
• Support innovation pipeline strategic development to drive brand growth
• Monitor new product launch for acceptance & collaborate with Sr Dir to course correct launch as needed
• Manage packaging extensions
Manage Brand Budgets
• Ensure budget accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Experience in mid -large alcohol company a plus
• Minimum 3+ years of related work experience in marketing and/or brand management
• Work experience and strong background in syndicated data analysis (e.g. Nielsen, IRI/Circana)

Job Location : This position is a full-time, in-office role based in Stamford, CT (5 days/week).
Travel : 5% ability to travel via car, plane, rail.
