Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; use this data to refine marketing tactics.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance; generate reports that inform future strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews; build strong relationships through effective relationship management.
- Oversee content calendars using Buffer or Hootsuite for scheduling posts efficiently while maintaining a lively online presence.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize SEO efforts for organic reach; incorporate SEO best practices into content creation.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels to drive traffic and conversions.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography techniques, branding strategies, public relations practices, and social media tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for high-quality content delivery.
- Experience managing relationships with influencers or partners is a plus.
