In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging digital campaigns, managing our social media channels, and ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently. Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management and Content Execution
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Write and optimize captions, post structures, and engagement tactics to support reach, conversion, and brand positioning.
- Manage scheduling tools and platform dashboards to ensure timely delivery of campaign content.
- Own execution of social media content pipelines across multiple client brands.
- Translate campaign strategy into executable content calendars, post planning, and platform specific publishing workflows
- Coordinate content capture needs with production teams to ensure asset alignment with marketing objectives
Marketing Performance and Campaign Support
- Track content performance metrics and provide reporting insights to guide creative and strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication flow across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain documentation and organizational systems that support scalable production workflows.
- Support development of conversion focused content strategies for ecommerce and live selling environments.
- Assist in execution of promotional initiatives including TikTok Shop, Amazon content, and digital advertising support.
- Serve as operational point of contact for internal team members, clients, and external partners.
- Support preparation of presentations, campaign materials, and content proposals for prospective clients.
Studio Operations and Logistics
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, prop sourcing, and equipment logistics for commercial shoots and live show support.
- Coordinate pre-production planning such as shot lists, prop lists, scheduling blocks, and shoot day timelines
- Support executive leadership with administrative logistics tied to production execution
- Assist with productions including set preparation, talent coordination, shot execution support, and on-site logistics
- Support live shopping show logistics including product preparation, studio readiness, and remote network coordination
- Troubleshoot production challenges in real time to maintain schedule integrity
Business Development and Organizational Support
- Assist leadership with logistics tied to outreach initiatives, lead generation activities, and partnership coordination
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Adapt role scope as business priorities evolve, contributing to strategic initiatives beyond administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere or other video editing software, and familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay, Amazon and LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like MBS, Metricool or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring social media activity.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and community members effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure all content aligns with branding standards and messaging clarity.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in both digital campaigns and studio logistics.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
