Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of jewelry pieces.
  • Create engaging short form content (reels, Tiktoks, stories) that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop content ideas that align with brand aesthetics and seasonal compaigns.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media relations.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofreading accuracy and high-quality content standards.
  • Oversee social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining workflows.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to expand reach and build brand loyalty.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and innovative video editing methods to keep our content fresh and impactful.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research strategies, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics reporting.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content refinement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
