Duties

- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility on search engines and social platforms.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to support branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to expand brand reach through public relations efforts.
- Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visuals.
- Skilled in video editing for producing compelling multimedia content that captures audience attention.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for polished messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus for integrating marketing efforts with online sales channels.
- Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
