Account & Project Lead (Client Services)

Role Description

We’re looking for an Account & Project Lead to sit at the center of our client services team. Someone who naturally brings organization, keeps things moving, and helps teams stay aligned.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the people side of client work and the operational side of making things happen behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with account, social, creative, and media teams to make sure priorities are clear, timelines are realistic, and deliverables are moving forward smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in creating flow and consistency across accounts:

• Help organize weekly priorities and keep projects on track
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned
• Support client communication and help maintain strong relationships
• Keep timelines, deliverables, and next steps clear and visible
• Bring structure to how work is planned and executed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team collaboration
• Support and guide junior team members in staying organized and focused

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in an agency environment (account, project, or client services)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Clear communicator, both internally and with clients
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (social, creative, media)
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment
• Based in Miami Lakes or within a reasonable commuting distance for a hybrid role
