Lucky Arrow is a one-of-a-kind resort destination in the Texas Hill Country, offering lodging, weddings, corporate retreats, and curated on-site experiences. In addition to private events, we host our own programming—from seasonal events to guest experiences—designed to bring people together in a fun, relaxed setting.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Programming Assistant to support our on-site marketing efforts and Lucky Arrow hosted events. This role blends marketing, content coordination, and light event support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and hands-on involvement.
This is an on-site role that works closely with our operations and events teams to bring the Lucky Arrow brand to life both online and on property.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Presence:
- Respond to online engagement
- Assist with maintaining and updating website content and marketing material (events, menus, happenings page, local pages)
- Ensure consistent and accurate presence across local listings (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Support email marketing efforts, newsletters, and promotions
- Coordinate updates to menus, flyers, and on-site collateral
Content Coordination:
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for shoots
- Capture light photo/video content during events or busy weekends as needed (not the primary photographer role)
- Help organize and maintain a content library for future use
Influencer & Partnership Management:
- Manage influencer outreach, scheduling, and on-site experience coordination
- Track partnerships and ensure deliverables are met
- Build relationships with local businesses and partners to increase brand visibility
On-Site Event Support (LAR Hosted Events):
- Assist in planning and executing Lucky Arrow hosted events (non-wedding/corporate)
- Help with event setup, flow, and guest experience as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, events, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
- Ability to be flexible and present on-site during events, weekends, or busy periods
- Experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus
