SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to lead our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. This role is central to how AriZona shows up in the world — authentic, fresh, and culturally fluent.

You’ll serve as the key point of coordination between internal content teams and external agency partners, ensuring that our organic and paid social strategies are executed with consistency, originality, and impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with the Social Media team to develop and publish content across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Capture and support real-time content at brand events and during in-store or on-location activations.
  • Contribute to the weekly development of turnkey content, including shoots, video capture, and meme creation.
  • Manage community engagement by participating in real-time social conversations and responding across platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and creators.
  • Execute social partnership initiatives, including influencer programs, organic content, and paid placements where applicable.
  • Provide strategic input on influencer and creator partnerships for brand programs, content franchises, and events.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee talent contracts, invoices, and vendor relationship management.
  • Create and manage POs, invoices, and internal orders.
  • Lead the planning and facilitation of social-led meetings, including agendas and actionable next steps.
  • Analyze performance and contribute to monthly social media reporting.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance AriZona’s presence.
  • Serve as a communication lead for the team by establishing meeting agendas, capturing notes, and distributing clear action summaries.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in CPG, food/beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • General knowledge of Pop Culture, Youth Trends, the CPG space & content creation tactics.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social media trends, and the competitive landscape to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creator with experience creating short form content for TikTok/IG Reels using mobile apps (I.e, CapCut, InShot).
  • Forward-thinking conceptualization to identify & capitalize on new & emerging marketing opportunities within short timeframes.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with/present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute various projects within tight deadlines.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in analyzing data to identify insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Computer literacy required; must have thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Helpful if knowledgeable with Adobe suite of products (Photoshop).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Woodbury, Long Island, NY office.

The role requires regular collaboration across multiple departments and occasional vendor meetings.
