Role Overview 

We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Associate to fuel growth across corporate partnerships, KAP/therapist networks, and influencer/creator collaborations. This is an in‑office role in Hollywood for someone who loves outreach, building relationships, and turning conversations into structured, repeatable partnership programs. 

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute outbound campaigns, nurture partner relationships, and help build the engine that scales Better U and Evernow’s impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Source, contact, and nurture prospective partners across:
  • Corporate and employer groups
  • KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) providers and therapists
  • Clinics, wellness practices, and mental health organizations
  • Influencers, creators, and thought leaders in health, wellness, and mental health
  • Support the build-out of scalable partnership programs and playbooks (email sequences, call scripts, pitch materials, one-pagers).
  • Manage outbound pipelines: research targets, build lists, execute outreach, and follow up consistently across email, phone, LinkedIn, and social.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and occasionally join partner meetings; capture notes, next steps, and action items.
  • Help negotiate and operationalize partnership agreements in coordination with leadership, marketing, and clinical operations.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics (leads, meetings, conversions, partner revenue) and maintain clean, accurate records in CRM and tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing on co-marketing campaigns, influencer content briefs, and launch plans for new partnerships.
  • Represent Better U and Evernow with professionalism, warmth, and a mission-first mindset in all external interactions.

Qualifications 

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, influencer marketing, or related role (healthcare, wellness, or tech is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust quickly and tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and structured follow-up; you enjoy the hunt and the process, not just the close.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining pipelines, calendars, and documentation.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and is comfortable iterating and learning quickly.
  • Genuine passion for mental health, innovative care models, and expanding access to breakthrough treatments.
