About the Role

We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead to grow creator revenue and build strong relationships across the brand, agency, and creator ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset who understands how to develop creator opportunities, build trusted agency relationships, and turn partnership conversations into revenue.

You’ll play a key role in identifying the right creators for campaign opportunities, managing external relationships, and helping grow long-term brand and agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and creator partners
  • Pitch creators and campaign opportunities to agency and brand stakeholders
  • Drive creator monetization and help grow partnership revenue
  • Lead commercial conversations around pricing, proposals, partnership terms, and contract management
  • Manage a portfolio of creators and support stable, long-term commercial growth across active partnerships
  • Support repeat business, partner retention, and long-term creator monetization growth
  • Work closely with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and strong campaign delivery
  • Help improve partnership workflows and support a scalable creator business function

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer sales, influencer business development, or commercial creator management
  • Strong experience working with brands, agencies, or creator-side commercial teams
  • Existing relationships within the influencer / creator ecosystem are strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting or leading creator monetization, brand partnerships, or campaign deal-making
  • Experience managing creator portfolios and commercial partnerships at scale
  • Comfortable managing multiple creators, clients, and partnership conversations at once
  • Prior experience mentoring others or helping guide a small team is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and contract management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
