Job Description: Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using relevant analytics tools.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets, optimizing performance and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Proven experience with content creation, copywriting, and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in social media marketing or related digital marketing credentials.
  • Experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing.
  • Background working in the same or a similar industry as the company.
  • Multi-lingual or experience with international social media campaigns.
