We offer custom jewelry work, gold buying/selling services, and flexible financing options. We're looking for a creative social media specialist to grow our online presence and engage our community.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to manage our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. You'll create engaging content, grow our following, and drive traffic to our stores and online shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, film, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Facebook
• Develop and execute social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Showcase our jewelry products, custom work, and behind-the-scenes manufacturing process
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
• Track analytics and adjust strategy to maximize engagement and reach
• Collaborate with sales team to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and special offers
• Create bilingual content (English/Spanish) to reach our diverse customer base
• Film and photograph jewelry pieces for social media posts
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Strong content creation skills (video filming, editing, photography)
• Proficient with social media editing apps and tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing business social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail industry
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping features
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Photography and videography skills
• Understanding of influencer marketing
• Portfolio of previous social media work
