Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from kickoff through reporting
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, creator communication, and approvals
  • Source, vet, negotiate, and contract influencer talent
  • Develop creator strategies and build shortlists based on data, trends, and brand alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, and social teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator or talent relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
