Responsibilities
- Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from kickoff through reporting
- Manage timelines, deliverables, creator communication, and approvals
- Source, vet, negotiate, and contract influencer talent
- Develop creator strategies and build shortlists based on data, trends, and brand alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, and social teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator or talent relationships
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
