We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer who can lead the charge in developing and executing highly effective advertising and awareness campaigns across all major digital channels. This person will strategize, build, optimize, and scale campaigns—while closely collaborating with developers, designers, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, a proven performance marketer with a history of driving results in e-commerce and service-based industries. You’ll be responsible for full-funnel digital marketing strategy—owning everything from paid media campaigns and content planning to tracking, reporting, supporting sales teams, and iterative optimization.

You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, web developers, and creatives to develop marketing that converts—and own the performance metrics to prove it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Continuously test, iterate, and scale paid campaigns, landing pages, and creative assets to increase ROI and lower CAC.
  • Collaboration with Web Developers: Coordinate on-site tagging, pixels, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and landing page builds to support campaign goals.
  • Content Guidance: Lead strategy for ad creative, email sequences, and organic content themes; collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring concepts to life.
  • SEO & Organic Visibility: Contribute to organic strategy, keyword research, technical SEO audits, and content planning to increase visibility.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Campaigns: Identify, manage, and optimize affiliate or influencer marketing efforts for added channel growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
  • Brand Awareness & Growth: Build and expand digital footprints across platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning.
  • Help maintain and update the company websites' content ensuring all content is current and relevant.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience running multi-platform digital ad campaigns with proven ROI
  • Strong preference for experience in Pharmacy, Medical, or Telehealth industry
  • Deep understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google Ads), and display/video advertising (YouTube, programmatic)
  • Experience driving growth for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of funnels, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to support organic efforts as a growth lever
  • Up to date with AI search strategies
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships
  • Strong communication skills and experience working closely with web developers, designers, and senior leadership
  • Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude who can operate in a high-output, fast-paced culture
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong skills in content creation including copywriting and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple brands, priorities, and platforms at once
