The MMJCCM is looking for a creative and talented Marketing Director, Adult Programming to join our team! The Marketing Director, Adult Programming is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that promote the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan's Adult Programming initiatives. This role ensures that the JCC's mission, programs, and values are effectively communicated to existing and potential audiences through dynamic, creative, and data-informed marketing efforts. The Director collaborates with program directors, communications staff, and external partners to strengthen community engagement, increase participation, and enhance brand visibility across all adult programming areas, including arts and culture, wellness, Jewish learning, and community life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement in adult programs, classes, and events.
  • Lead creative campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms that reflect the JCC's mission and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with program directors to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing plans.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all adult program marketing initiatives.
  • Execute and oversee website content, email marketing, social media presence, and advertising related to adult programming.
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and report results.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across all communications.
  • Build partnerships with community organizations, media outlets, and influencers to extend reach.
  • Supervise marketing staff and/or consultants and advertising agencies supporting adult programming initiatives.
  • Represent the JCC Manhattan at relevant community events and internal meetings as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible marketing or communications experience.
  • Experience in non-profit communal organizations or cultural institutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and staff within a mission-driven or cultural organization.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, branding, and communications.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, WordPress, CRM systems, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan and the Jewish community.

COMPENSATION

  • This position offers an annual salary of $85,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience.
