Job Summary
Forme is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing/ Sale team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales within the retail consumer and e-commerce industry. This role will focus on developing and executing partnership accounts, managing client relationships, driving product sales, and contributing to the growth of our wellness-focused brand.
This is an in-person hybrid position with some travel required for events, meetings, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pop up store sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and drive sales initiatives.
- Create compelling content for both online and offline channels, including social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate product launches, events, and campaigns to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and sales data to inform decision-making and optimize future efforts.
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Track marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
- Travel to industry events, meetings, and other locations as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer and e-commerce or related fields.
- Marketing & sales experience in an e-commerce company is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel for events and business needs.
Probation Period
- 6-month probation period to assess fit within the team and role.
