We're looking for a highly organized, social-media-native Social Media Coordinator to manage the day-to-day presence of our brand portfolio across Instagram and TikTok. You'll be the person keeping our channels active, on-brand, and growing — handling content scheduling, supporting creator and influencer outreach, writing copy that fits each brand's unique voice, and pulling analytics that help us make smarter decisions. This role sits at the intersection of operations and creativity, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-brand environment and wants to grow with a fast-moving DTC company.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management & Scheduling

  • Own the content calendar across Instagram and TikTok for multiple brands
  • Source, organize, and schedule content — keeping all channels consistently active and aligned with campaign timelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative resources to ensure a steady flow of approved content

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write social-first copy (captions, hooks, CTAs) tailored to each brand's distinct voice and audience
  • Assist with light content creation — basic graphics, short-form video edits, or repackaging existing assets for social
  • Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all channels

Influencer & UGC Outreach Support

  • Support influencer and creator outreach efforts — identifying potential partners, sending initial contact, and managing follow-up communications
  • Coordinate UGC requests and deliverables, ensuring creators have what they need and that content is received and catalogued on time
  • Maintain and update the creator/influencer contact database

Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull and compile weekly/monthly performance reports for all brand channels across Instagram and TikTok
  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, profile visits) and surface actionable insights
  • Assist in identifying top-performing content types and informing future scheduling decisions

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media channels, preferably for a brand, agency, or in a multi-brand environment
  • Demonstrated fluency with Instagram and TikTok — you know how the algorithms work, what performs, and why
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brand identities
  • Experience using a social scheduling tool (Later, Planoly, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting native analytics from Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — managing four brands means nothing falls through the cracks
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and flag blockers early
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic video editing tools is a plus
  • Genuine interest in the alternative wellness, supplement, or CPG space is a plus
