The Influencer Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing influencer partnerships, overseeing influencer agencies, and developing a scalable affiliate program. This role will play a key part in shaping how our brands show up across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with creative briefing, contract negotiation, logistics, and data-driven performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Management

  • Build and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing programs for both the CPG and telehealth lines
  • Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers that align with brand values and core consumer (Hispanic women 30–55).
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with influencer agencies, ensuring deliverables, content quality, and timelines are met.
  • Develop influencer briefs that provide clear creative direction, messaging priorities, and compliance guardrails (esp. for medical/GLP-1 products).
  • Coordinate product shipments, logistics, and approvals for influencer campaigns.

Affiliate Program Development

  • Build and scale affiliate programs for both brands
  • Recruit and onboard affiliates, track performance, and optimize program ROI.
  • Develop affiliate-specific offers and content to drive acquisition and retention.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Partner with life cycle marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to align influencer content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Ensure influencer-generated content can be repurposed for paid media, DTC site, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle and paid media teams to amplify top-performing influencer content.

Analytics & Performance

  • Define and track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS from influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay on top of social, influencer, and affiliate trends to ensure brands remain culturally relevant.

Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or affiliate programs management, ideally in DTC consumer goods, telehealth, supplements, beauty, or health/wellness.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling influencer and affiliate programs from the ground up.
  • Strong network of influencer and affiliate relationships (especially in Hispanic and multicultural segments).
  • Experience managing influencer agencies and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and brief-writing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
