Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Social Lead to oversee and execute our social media and marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
This role will be responsible for building structured marketing calendars, managing PR gifting, coordinating product launches, and ensuring consistent daily posting across all social channels.
You will work closely with leadership and design teams to bring new collections to life through cohesive marketing campaigns.
This role may oversee a marketing assistant or intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns
- Plan and execute product launch marketing across all platforms
- Manage daily posting across Instagram (main + secondary), TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Tumblr
- Oversee content creation, review content created by assistants/interns and approve final content before posting
- Coordinate PR gifting and influencer outreach
- Track performance of posts and campaigns and provide monthly reporting
- Collaborate with design and photography teams to plan, execute and deliver campaign visuals aligned with marketing goals
- Write captions and oversee consistent brand messaging
- Organize campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Help build scalable marketing systems as the brand grows
- Manage and delegate tasks to a marketing assistant or intern
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
- Experience planning content calendars and executing product launches
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of Gen Z visual culture
- Experience with influencer outreach or PR gifting preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$95,000, depending on experience
