Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, on-site Brand Marketing & Community Manager to lead our national brand presence and product launch execution from our Miami office. This is a hands-on role for a strategic storyteller who thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment. You will be responsible for omnichannel marketing strategies, community engagement, and managing high-impact product launches across major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Architect and execute 360-degree launch strategies for new SKUs, ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical retail environments.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Work daily with the leadership and creative teams to iterate on content hooks, campaign assets, and retail sell-through strategies.
  • Community Building: Actively manage and grow our digital community, turning followers into brand advocates through high-touch engagement and social media management.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers to drive brand awareness and retail traffic.
  • Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling marketing narratives and short-form video scripts that translate technical product benefits into consumer-friendly content.
  • Retail Marketing Support: Develop localized marketing toolkits to support performance at major national retailers (Target, CVS, Walmart, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Local Candidate: Must be based in or willing to commute to Miami, FL (100% on-site).
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Community Management (CPG or Beauty industry experience preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred for managing multicultural marketing campaigns and retail communication.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches and influencer programs.
  • Expertise in Social Media Strategy (TikTok, Instagram, Reels) and community-driven platforms.
