FCCP Property Management Group is a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties spanning event destinations, marinas, and healthcare facilities across multiple states. We have been building quietly for two decades and we are now ready to spread our wings and let the world know who we are.

Our portfolio includes Bison Ranch & Retreats, a 215-acre luxury event and hospitality estate in Wise County, Texas, opening its gates to the public for the first time this summer, Twin Hills Marina, a 100-acre waterfront development just up the road in Bridgeport, Texas, and a network of pharmacies across the DFW metroplex. We are a four-property and growing operation, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the beginning.

We already have a web and social media team in place. What we need now is someone who can take our existing portfolio and help us introduce it to the world — starting with Bison Ranch & Retreats.

Role Overview

FCCP is seeking a Texas-based freelance Marketing and PR Specialist to join our existing team and help us build our public presence from the ground up. You will start with Bison Ranch & Retreats, and as you prove your value, you will grow with us across the full FCCP property portfolio.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You need to already have the relationships — local news outlets, podcast hosts, influencers, media contacts, and venue industry connections — that you can activate on our behalf immediately. You will work alongside our existing web and social media team to coordinate messaging and brand storytelling.

This is a long-term investment partnership. We are not looking for someone to advise from a distance. We are looking for someone who makes calls, gets us in front of the right audiences, and builds something real with us. As revenue grows across our properties, so does your compensation. If you are successful in this first engagement, your terms are fully renegotiable. The right person will walk away from this relationship, earning significantly more than they started with. This role can sit alongside your existing full-time job or client work as long as FCCP remains a genuine priority on your roster.

What You Will Do

Secure paid and earned media placements including local news features, lifestyle publications, travel and venue spotlights, radio segments, and podcast appearances for Bison Ranch & Retreats and FCCP properties

Activate existing relationships with Texas-based influencers and content creators to visit, experience, and feature our properties

Pitch the FCCP brand story and family dynasty narrative to regional media and community platforms

Generate buzz and drive attendance for our signature event series launching this summer at Bison Ranch — your commission is tied directly to how well this goes

Coordinate with our event planning team to maximize pre-event publicity and post-event coverage

Work alongside our existing web and social media team to ensure all public-facing messaging is consistent, compelling, and on brand

Build and maintain a growing media and influencer contact database specific to the Texas market

Represent FCCP and all its properties professionally in every media and partner interaction

What You Bring

3 to 5 years or more of marketing, PR, or media relations experience — the more time on the ground in Texas the better

Existing relationships with Texas-based media outlets, journalists, podcast hosts, influencers, and venue or hospitality industry contacts you can activate immediately

A track record of securing earned media coverage and publicity for brands, venues, events, or hospitality businesses

Comfortable working as part of an existing team and coordinating across multiple properties and departments

A self-starter mentality — you generate results without waiting to be told what to do next

A long-term mindset — you are not looking for a one-time gig, you are looking for a relationship worth building

Compensation

$1,500 per month base. 3% commission on gross revenue generated from signature events and property bookings directly tied to your promotional efforts. 1099 freelance contract. At the 6-month review, compensation and commission terms are fully renegotiable based on your track record and the growth of FCCP's public presence. This is a partnership — the more you drive, the more you earn. As FCCP continues to expand its property portfolio across Texas, the earning potential of this role grows with it.
