- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing

- Hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop and solid understanding of the creator economy

- Familiarity with influencer or affiliate platforms (Euka experience a strong plus)

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Excellent written communication skills for creator outreach and affiliate messaging

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners

- Experience in the beauty industry or with beauty brands highly preferred

- Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills

- Comfort with performance tracking, analytics, and reporting in an affiliate marketing context

- Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to work in a dynamic, evolving team
