Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

Echo Social is a Boston-based social media agency specializing in social media management, content creation, and influencer partnerships — and we're growing.

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who's ready to own a client's entire channel, not just execute tasks. This isn't a 9-to-5. It's a chance to build something from the ground up, shape a brand voice, and have your fingerprints on everything we put out into the world.

📍 Hybrid — Boston, MA (with work-from-home flexibility)

What you'll own:

• Social media strategy and execution across client accounts

• Content creation and calendar management — end to end

• Influencer partnership sourcing and management

• Performance analytics, trend monitoring, and reporting

• Mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally

• Ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 2–3 years of hands-on social media marketing experience

• Can concept, write, and execute content without waiting to be told what to do

• Have a strong creative eye and understand what actually performs

• Have 2–3 years of hands-on experience creating and editing content in CapCut and Canva

• Are fluent in social media analytics and use data to sharpen your strategy

• Have experience with influencer partnerships (a big plus)

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Thrive in a fast-moving agency environment and love owning your work
