The Role
We’re hiring two Client Experience Partners (CEPs) to serve as embedded strategic partners for complex enterprise clients. This is a seat‑at‑the‑table role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings calm credibility to senior stakeholders, and can translate people insights into clear direction and action.
The CEP operates as a trusted advisor, problem solver, thought partner, and connector for our clients

owning outcomes without relying on formal authority and helping both the client and CRN succeed over the long term.
This is a 100% remote role. Preferred locations: Seattle, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego.
What You'll Do
- Lead CRN’s relationship with the client’s internal learning and leadership development ecosystem, building lasting relationships and value
- Serve as a coaching expert and leadership development thought partner, shaping how coaching is positioned, integrated, and scaled
- Explore and propose scalable leadership solutions aligned to client culture and business/people priorities
- Partner closely with senior CRN leaders on client engagements (collaborate, design, present)
- Advise senior stakeholders on leadership development needs across lines of business
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencer, and culture translator
- Create understanding, ownership, and advocacy for CRN within the client organization
- Translate people and program data into compelling stories that drive decisions
- Actively build relationships across the client organization
- Leverage referrals and connections to support additional teams and leaders
- Support strategy, contracting, and growth efforts
- Make client stakeholders and their teams look like rockstars through clarity and results

Who You Are
- 7+ years in client‑facing roles
- Background in coaching, learning & development, HR, or organizational development
- Prior experience as an Account Executive, Client Partner, HR Business Partner, or L&D/OD leader
- Trusted advisor to senior business and learning leaders
- Excellent presenter, persuader, and storyteller
- Strong coaching orientation (expertise‑led, not product‑led)
- Experience navigating complexity and long decision cycles
- Calm, politically savvy, and confident under pressure
- Able to balance multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
- Highly accountable, proactive, and impact‑oriented
Experience in executive coaching, L&D strategy, program design, measurement and people analytics, or change management is a strong plus. Coaching industry certifications (e.g., Korn Ferry 360) are helpful but not required.
Technology Skills
- Comfortable with WebEx and Teams
- AI‑savvy and curious about emerging tools
- Bonus: Highly proficient with the Apple ecosystem (MacBook, iWork suite - Pages, Numbers, Keynote)

- Fully remote within the U.S.
- Preferred locations: Seattle, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego
- 8+ trips per year for client and internal meetings
