The Role
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own the Snaps story across every channel. This is a hands-on role at a growth-stage company — you’ll be building campaigns, managing content, driving social, and working directly with the founding team. What You’ll Own
∙ Brand voice, visual identity, and creative direction across all consumer touchpoints
∙ Social media strategy and execution — primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
∙ Seasonal campaign planning tied to college football, NFL, and Western lifestyle moments
∙ Influencer and ambassador partnerships within the collegiate and Western lifestyle space
∙ Email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo or equivalent
∙ Coordination with wholesale partners on co-branded and in-store marketing assets
∙ Content calendar management and asset production (photo, video, copy)
∙ DTC performance — working alongside Shopify CRO initiatives to convert brand traffic
What We’re Looking For
∙ 3–5 years in brand marketing, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, or sports
∙ Deep understanding of gameday culture, collegiate athletics, or Western lifestyle — you don’t have to fake the passion
∙ Proven track record managing social channels and growing an engaged audience
∙ Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs
∙ Strong copywriter — you can write a caption, a campaign brief, and a product description with equal confidence
∙ Comfortable with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools
∙ Ability to work independently in a lean team environment — no hand-holding, high ownership
∙ Bonus: experience working with licensed sports or collegiate IP
