Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to maximize reach and ROI.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee public relations initiatives by managing media contacts, drafting press releases, and coordinating outreach efforts to enhance brand reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members effectively.
- Ability to analyze data trends from social listening tools and web analytics to optimize marketing efforts continuously.
