Community and Creator Lead

A company is looking for a Community & Creator Lead to engage with the engineering community.

Key Responsibilities

Design and run engineering challenges and produce engaging events

Establish and manage partnerships with creators and influencers in the engineering space

Build and nurture communities, creating content that resonates with engineers

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, events, or a related creative / marketing role

Proven track record of building communities, creator programs, or content engines

Familiarity with technical fields, preferably mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or robotics

Strong writing skills with an authentic voice

Ability to execute quickly and think creatively
