Our tools include affiliate link management, AI-driven captions, Auto DMs, customized bio links, exclusive brand deals, and our flagship Boosting Program .

We’re growing quickly and looking for a Creator Success Associate to support creators in the Boosting Program - helping them scale content performance, maximize ROI, and discover new opportunities to diversify their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators.
• Onboard new creators, ensuring they understand program requirements and expectations.
• Support creators through the boosting lifecycle - from content submission to live ads and performance optimization.
• Review submissions, confirm tracking accuracy, and coordinate with the ads team.
• Monitor ROI, ad spend, and campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations.
• Provide feedback on underperforming content and suggest new formats, products, or strategies.
• Build strong creator relationships that encourage consistent performance and long-term growth.
• Educate creators on Markable’s broader tools (affiliate links, Auto DMs, brand deals).
• Track communications, results, and engagement in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (ads, product, app support) to resolve issues and improve workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, customer success, or account management.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication (English required).
• Ability to analyze content/ad performance and translate into actionable feedback.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators across tiers.
• Mindset:
• Creator-first, performance-driven.
• Resilient problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who balances empathy with business priorities.

This position currently follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in-office in Bellevue, Washington

The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $60,000, with additional commission-based earning potential.
