THE COMPANY

Momentum Concierge produces authentic and compelling guest experiences that emphasize the natural world, art, literature, music, food, history, and local characters. We manage VIP concierge services, produce engaging media content, and provide marketing programs for a select portfolio of local businesses.

Momentum manages a full-service concierge call center and operates the Welcome Lounge Galleria in Old Town Key West. Momentum is also the publisher of OurKeyWest, an annual lifestyle magazine.

In 2026 Momentum Concierge will begin servicing the Western North Carolina market, in addition to the Florida Keys. As such we are building our WNC Team from the bottom-up, and looking to onboard smart, enthusiastic, professional-minded team members who are goal focused and fun to work with.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive sales growth across multiple online channels. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, optimize digital campaigns, and oversee content creation to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Your expertise will help us reach new audiences, improve conversion rates, and achieve measurable business objectives through cutting-edge digital marketing techniques. Duties

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, AI Marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Re-Marketing, and marketing automation platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and AI recommendations to drive website traffic.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and refine marketing tactics.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop for digital campaigns.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user journeys and brand stories and adjusting landing pages or call-to-actions to increase sales conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, IG, TIK TOK, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to grow followers and foster community engagement.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and promote products or services effectively through targeted messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing including SEM, AI Marketing, Influencer Relationships, performance marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM (Google AdWords), social media management, social media campaign management and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Advertising).
  • Skilled in website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and analytics-driven decision making to enhance campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in overall marketing analytics configuration, reporting, and constant improvement in sales and KPI's.
  • Ability to develop compelling copywriting for various digital channels that drives engagement and sales.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams including sales, creative, and technical departments. Performance Compensation

  • Significant Performance Compensation is earned monthly based on internet sales growth affected by your direct efforts after initial training period.

Pay: $51,252.40 - $61,723.32 per year
