We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organization to find a high-performing Account Executive who is passionate about driving growth within the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering impactful technology solutions that help businesses operate smarter and more efficiently.
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence by identifying and engaging manufacturing companies that can benefit from ERP and MES solutions. You’ll own the full sales cycle, working closely with decision-makers to understand their challenges and position tailored solutions that drive real operational impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and prospect manufacturing organizations that can benefit from digital transformation initiatives
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract execution and close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to understand operational challenges and position ERP and MES solutions effectively
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by driving new business growth
- Collaborate with internal marketing and partner teams to execute targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progression in the CRM
- Develop strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers
- Continuously deepen your expertise in manufacturing technologies and solution offerings
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of generating leads, building pipeline, and closing high-value deals
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics solutions or working within its ecosystem
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and how ERP and MES solutions drive business outcomes
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially with executive stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated with strong discipline and initiative
- Ability to travel 10 to 20 percent as needed

Compensation & Work Setup
- Full-time, on-site role based in Hartland, Wisconsin
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure
- Travel requirement of approximately 10 to 20 percent
