About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer & PR Coordinator who’s equal parts creative thinker and data lover, someone who gets excited about spotting the perfect talent or brand moment and just as excited about seeing what actually performs. You’ll play a key role in growing our influencer, affiliate, and PR efforts, building meaningful relationships, bringing fun and on-brand ideas to life, and turning great storytelling into real, measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships

  • Source, vet, and outreach to influencers aligned with the SoftFrame aesthetic
  • Manage relationships and communication with creators and partners
  • Coordinate product gifting, partnerships, and campaign timelines
  • Track deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time and on-brand
  • Manage and support affiliate partnerships (including platforms like Impact)

PR & Partnerships

  • Support PR outreach to secure editorial features and product placements
  • Build relationships with editors, stylists, and media contacts
  • Coordinate product sends for press and brand partners
  • Assist in executing cross-brand collaborations and partnerships

Campaign Strategy & Performance

  • Help plan and execute influencer campaigns, launches, and giveaways
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, traffic, conversions)
  • Identify top-performing creators and optimize future partnerships accordingly
  • Use insights and data to inform creative decisions and strategy

Reporting & Organization

  • Maintain organized tracking of partnerships, contracts, and outreach
  • Build and update performance reports across influencer and affiliate channels
  • Monitor ROI and key KPIs to ensure campaigns are effective and scalable

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Both creative (strong eye for brand, content, and partnerships) and analytical (comfortable working with data and performance metrics)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Affiliate platforms like Impact
  • Shopify or DTC brands
  • PR tools or media databases such as MuckRack
  • Sprout Social
